Tom Greenhalgh, LICSW, is credentialed as a practitioner and instructor in many energy-based modalities, including those that use advanced technology. He is both an Algorithm and Diagnostics Trainer in Thought Field Therapy and served as co-chair of their International ATFT Trauma Relief committee. He is credentialed as a Quantum Health Coach which incorporates both neuro and biofeedback into client well-being. He is recognized by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners and is a member of the American Academy of Experts on Traumatic Stress.

Tom has been involved in the Public Safety field since 1982. Retiring from full-time public safety work after just shy of 35 years as a Police Lt./Paramedic. A former full-time Firefighter/Paramedic, he has been involved in Public Safety Diving for over 30 years as a team leader and trainer of a regional volunteer dive rescue team, a Corporate Trainer for Dive Rescue Int’l, a past member of the IADRS Board of Directors, and as an author/technical advisor on educational programs in this field. Tom is the Co-Director for the Greater Lowell CISM Team in Massachusetts, an International Critical Incident Stress Foundation (ICISF) Faculty member and approved trainer in multiple disciplines, co-author of the From Battlefield to Street: One Uniform to Another program, is a Peer/Staff clinician at the On-Site Academy in Gardner, MA., and serves on the National FOP Wellness Committee training group. He serves as a Wellness consultant for various local and international agencies.

Tom serves as the co-founder and Executive Director of the 501(c)(3) non-profit organization National Public Safety Solutions Inc., is President and founding partner of Studio 4/Station4Learning, and serves clients through his clinical/life-coaching service Quantum Wellness Concepts, Inc. Currently pursuing a Doctorate in Natural Medicine, he holds both a MACJ and a MSW with an emphasis on public safety, hospital/medical, and military issues.
